Access to and use of the cm888 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis:

To access the full range of cm888 Services, you must create an Account by completing the registration form accurately and truthfully. You are required to provide, at minimum, a valid username, a secure password, a working email address, and your date of birth. cm888 reserves the right to request additional information at any stage.
Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. cm888 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify cm888 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. cm888 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, cm888 will require you to complete KYC verification. Accepted documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, and a recent bank statement or utility bill as proof of address. cm888 may request additional documentation at its discretion. Verification is typically completed within one business day of document submission.
cm888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All payment channels are subject to availability and may be updated without prior notice.
Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time or within a maximum of five minutes under normal operating conditions. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one to five minutes following completion of KYC verification. Processing may be delayed during peak hours, scheduled maintenance windows, or where additional security review is required.
You may only deposit funds from a payment account or e-wallet that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. cm888 reserves the right to return any deposit suspected of originating from a third-party source and to suspend the associated Account pending investigation.
All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). cm888 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, cryptocurrency, or any form of digital asset.
cm888 does not charge platform-side deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may levy their own transaction charges. Please consult your payment provider's fee schedule before initiating a transfer.
cm888 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including minimum deposit thresholds, qualifying games, validity periods, and wagering requirements. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, all bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount on eligible games before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. Bets placed on certain game categories (including but not limited to: live dealer baccarat, certain jackpot slots, and specific sportsbook markets) may contribute at a reduced percentage toward the wagering requirement. cm888 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-variance staking strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, coordinating with other Users to exploit promotions, and providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Where bonus abuse is detected, cm888 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel any derived winnings, and permanently close the associated Account.
All bonuses and any winnings derived from bonus play that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements will expire seven (7) calendar days after the date on which the bonus was credited, unless a different validity period is specified in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.
All bets are final once confirmed on the Platform. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your selection, stake, and any applicable odds before submitting a bet. cm888 will not reverse or amend a confirmed bet except where an obvious technical error on the Platform's part has demonstrably affected the bet outcome.
Minimum and maximum stake values vary by game, market, and event. Current limits are displayed within each game or betting interface at the time of play. cm888 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice, including imposing individual Account-level limits where warranted.
Sportsbook odds are expressed in decimal format and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Settlement of sportsbook markets follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., PSSI for BRI Liga 1, UEFA for Champions League, FIFA for international fixtures). In the event of match abandonment, cm888's specific market rules for that event type will determine settlement.
All casino and slot games available on the Platform utilise random number generators (RNGs) certified by independent testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available within each game's information panel. cm888 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence certified RNG results.
A bet may be declared void by cm888 if: (a) it was placed on an event that was subsequently cancelled or abandoned without a result being declared; (b) a manifest pricing error is identified prior to settlement; or (c) the bet was placed in contravention of these Terms. Voided bets are refunded to the Account Balance at the original stake amount.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cm888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:
All content on the cm888 Platform — including but not limited to the cm888 name, logo, domain, design elements, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of cm888 or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of cm888. Unauthorised use of cm888's intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
cm888's collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

In any event, cm888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
cm888 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, government action, internet infrastructure failures, or other force majeure events.
cm888 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) we have reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms; (b) your Account is subject to a fraud, money laundering, or security investigation; (c) you have requested self-exclusion through our Responsible Gaming tools; or (d) we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
Following investigation, cm888 may permanently close an Account where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed. In such cases, cm888 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any Account Balance to the extent permitted by law, particularly where the Balance is associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting cm888 support via live chat. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests must be settled. cm888 will process the closure and return any remaining real-money Balance (net of any non-withdrawable bonus funds) within five business days of the request being confirmed.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which cm888 holds its international gaming licence. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English. Nothing in this clause shall prevent cm888 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
You agree that, regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the cm888 Platform must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it shall be forever barred.
cm888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, cm888 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform's homepage or by sending a notification to your registered email address. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Archived versions of prior Terms are available on request by contacting support.
If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to initiate Account closure. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any change constitutes unconditional acceptance of the updated Terms.
